Oh, poor miss teen South Carolina

Don't ask me why this was on our TV last night. Thats another story altogether. Point is, Leslie and I were watching 'Miss Teen US' last night, rooting for the hometown girl, Miss South Carolina. She makes it into the top 5, yee haww! Then, that moment when they ask them a 'meaningful' question, things go terribly, terribly wrong. We must have watched 3 or 4 times saying to ourselves that we didnt really just see that. It was a total disaster. I now know where the dumb blonde reputation comes from...right here in South Carolina.

This is a must watch item.



EDIT: I guess SC is in my blood, because MD caught a spelling error, which has now been fixed.

Leslie is off on her very first trip away from the kids in FOUR years. She has flown up to Maryland for her 15 year high school reunion. I know she has been very excited about the trip, especially after reconnecting with lots of her friends on Myspace. So, as the title of this post alludes to...I got Sophie down for her nap successfully. Now Riley and I are off to play the Wii....
